a personal trainer who is certi ed in senior  tness. This hour-long class increases stamina, strength, energy, and balance. Please bring your own hand weights and water. Bands and chairs will be provided. Cost is $5 per class.
Tuesdays, 12-12:30pm, Express Pilates with Melissa Sachs. This 30-minute class will help you develop strength,  exibility, balance, and inner awareness. Bring a mat and water bottle. Cost is $5 per class. Call Melissa at 321-506-1315 to sign up. Tuesdays, 2-3:15pm, Hatha Yoga with Emily Hain. This fun, non-competitive class is appropriate for beginners
and those experienced with a gentle, mindful practice. Students must bring ayogamatandbeabletogetup

Wednesdays, 9:30am, Gentle Yoga and Stretching. Perfect for all skill levels! Taught by Rochelle Scott, certi ed yoga instructor. Cost is $5 per class.
Fridays, 10:30am, Slow Flow with Yoga Nidra. Attain calm and balance with longer holds, breathing techniques, and meditative states. Taught by Abby Houck. Cost is $5 per class.

The Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) is a Medicare certi ed home health agency that also provides community wellness services throughout Brevard.
