KC Grapes is a self-taught artist who works in oil, acrylic, and fabric. Her main subjects have always been domestic and wild animals even though her techniques, style, and mediums have evolved over the years.

KC was an art director in her co-owned ad agency in Pennsylvania and New York for 30 years. She is now retired from business, living with her husband in West Melbourne, and enjoying painting full time for a change. She is a member of The Art Students Guild of Brevard (TASGOB), Studio Art Quilters Association (SAQA) and Brevard Cultural Alliance.
