Christmas Tree Lighting:
“Green Gables will be lighting up the season with their outdoor Christmas Tree Lighting on Sunday, November 30th at 6 PM until 8 PM. Find joy in the delightful voices of the Brevard Youth Chorus as they sing our favorite Christmas songs. Cookies and cocoa will be served. Free admission. Bring a lawn chair.
Parking will be available at the Reflections Building to the North of Green Gables”
Pictures with Santa:
Sunday, December 7th, 12 PM to 3 PM (with reservation)
Get your Christmas photos with the most authentic appearing Santa in the area and Mrs. Claus will be available as well serving her famous hot cocoa and cookies. Each child will make a craft and spend time with Mrs. Claus as well. $15 per child, $5 for each additional child and $25 for Family Portrait. Includes a digital photo and one Christmas frame. Visit Green Gables at Historic Riverview Village, Inc. and explore one of only three remaining Queen Anne-style homes in the Melbourne area. This nonprofit organization has acquired the property, but currently we are raising the necessary funds to rehabilitate and restore this historic treasure to its original condition and charm. Learn how the early Wells Family left a legacy with their support in helping develop Melbourne.
Take a leisurely tour of Green Gables, stepping back in time, and unwind on the beautiful grounds overlooking the Indian River Lagoon. You’ll quickly understand why we’re committed to restoring Green Gables and discover how your contribution will assist with this important Melbourne history.
Holiday Tour of Historic Homes
Green Gables will again participate with the Museums of Brevard as one of the beautifully decorated Victorian Homes.

* Note: Light house tours are available NEED DATES. The Lighthouse is located on the Space Force Station requiring additional information and at least one week to process that information. You must be a US Citizen and make your reservation at least 7 days prior to the tour.
