The Mega Senior Expo on March 29

The Mega Senior Expo will be held on Tuesday, March 29, from 10 am to 2 pm at Wickham Park Regional Pavilion located 2500 parkway drive in Melbourne 

This event has been a destination for boomers, seniors and caregivers to access resources and information on aging successfully, meet face to face with professionals in our community to talk about their needs and learn about options when it comes to everything from Medicare, health to Hobbies.

The expo makes the information readily available, especially for services that seniors may need but do not know exist. Seniors are able to speak with representatives about specific services, have their blood pressure and glucose measured, and receive literature on health and safety topics and more. A typical trip to a senior expo involves visiting the booths, speaking with knowledgeable representatives, collecting brochures and other items from the exhibitors, receiving free health screenings, socializing with other seniors, enjoying food, giveaways, refreshments, trying for door prizes and enjoying speakers and other entertainment. 

Who should attend: Seniors, boomers and caregivers who are interested in gaining knowledge and resources to enable them to CELEBRATE LIVING by aging well and staying independent. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with state and local agencies, and a variety of senior based organizations.
